Power

The word describes all sorts of things in today’s world. Athletes use muscle power to compete. Car manufacturers boast of the horsepower their street machines generate.

But these are external definitions. The greatest power, as we all know, comes from within. The power of love; the power of dreams; the power of faith. With Live It, our power comes from inside of us, too. It comes from the people and parishes who make up Live It.

The idea for Live It was brought forth from two individuals of the Blessed Kateri Tekawetha Deanery, Father Dave Reinhart and Mike Gocsik. Their dedication and commitment to this important initiative got Live It off the ground. But it’s the parishes—their leadership, their parishioners, their stewards—that make Live It the powerful plan it is. And it is our people who will continue to promote our cause, and who will together generate the internal power to strengthen and revive our Catholic community.
