Cardinal Stritch High School Recieves the International Catholic
Stewardship Council's Award for Excellence
Cardinal Stritch High School has received the International Catholic
Stewardship Council's Award for Excellence in materials in the category of
Total Parish Stewardship Effort. Each year ICSC recognizes dioceses and
parishes who are ICSC members that have best promoted the theology of
stewardship during the year. The various mediums used to teach and inform
Catholic people about stewardship become ever more important as these mediums are shared through the ICSC exchange program. Stritch is the first high school to ever be recognized by the ICSC.
The ICSC Stewardship Conference is an exciting gathering of over 2,000
bishops, pastors, parish leaders, diocesan stewardship and development
directors and religious congregation leaders from all over the world.
Conference registrants learn both the spiritual foundation and the hands-on
details for bringing stewardship as a way of life into their parishes,
dioceses, congregations and organizations.
The award was presented to Father David Reinhart, president of CSHS at the annual ICSC Stewardship Convention on September 23, 2007. Pictured are Father Reinhart and Mr. James Kelly, president of the ICSC.
